Overview |
Established
in 1967 by the will of Luciano Malavolti, in a small garage in the province
of Reggio Emilia, it grew into a Group in the 1980s, to flourish in the 1990s
through acquisitions and new company establishments. Today AMA S.p.A. is a
Group with offices in 21 countries around the world, made up of more than 26
companies and 18 production sites that work in synergy to offer a range of
over 525,000 references to over 80,000 customers in 90 countries. But
although it has grown enormously through the years, in terms of size and
turnover, it remains a family-run company, led by Luciano’s son, Alessandro
Malavolti, CEO, supported by his sister Isabella. In 2022, AMA S.p.A.
celebrated the 55th anniversary of its establishment. In this half-century of
history, it has managed to establish itself in the market for the supply of
components for the outfitting and maintenance of Off Highway Vehicles (OHVs)
agricultural machinery and machines for the care of green spaces as one of
the world’s leading players in the sector |
